- Run MBBS and other programs at Karnali Institute of Health Sciences by providing immediate infrastructure and manpower.
- Make the use of masks and social distance mandatory by expanding the PCR test and to end the ban.
- Amend the Medical Education Act as per the agreement reached on July 26, 2008.
- Correct the appointments made in the Institute of Medical Studies based on seniority and to make legal arrangements for the appointment of officials in universities, councils, and establishments fairly and transparently as suggested by the Committee for Determining Criteria.
- Provide sustainable free service to Bayalpata Hospital by providing regular necessary budget and to investigate and take legal action against the culprits of the Rajyalakshmi Golchha bribery scandal, Oil Corporation land purchase, Widebody, security press purchase, Durbar Marg land purchase, Omni Group drug purchase.
- If the culprits of all these cases get released without taking action, the authorities should also investigate and take action against the retired commissioners.
